Jennifer Aliff, MHA, BSN, RN, CHPN, CHPCA, has nursing and operational leadership that spans over two decades with experience in leading and forming teams in the home health and hospice specialties. She is an accomplished, focused, passionate and strategic healthcare executive and has a true passion for Hospice and Palliative Care. Jennifer has dedicated her career to innovating hospice and palliative programs by leveraging technology, developing workflow and process optimization, piloting large scale initiatives resulting in increased efficiencies and revenue, improving quality outcomes, and increasing patient satisfaction while differentiating her organization in the marketplace. Jennifer currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Clinical Services for Hospice & Palliative Care of the Charlotte Region. She is a board certified in CHPN and CHPCA and was awarded Hospice Director of the Year in 2012 for excellence in leadership and operational growth. Jennifer’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, change management, innovation, and development of operational solutions that create value and promote future sustainability.
